Fabulous location, cute staff, delicious breakfast.

spotlessly clean and wonderful place with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. plenty of options, good food. unbeatable, favourable location enough to share with someone else at the airport. and near where is near to all signseeing, and santa novella train station.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in a double room with central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen television. The continental breakfast with yoghurts, cheese and sausage: )

Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. My double room was spacious and comfortable, with a minibar and a shower with excellent water pressure. Breakfast had a great variety, including fresh pastries and hot options like scrambled eggs. Enjoyed the hot tub facilities too!

Very helpfull and friendly staff. Fantastic location close to railway station and all the sights etc.easy walk to all restaurants.definately would stay here again fantastic location

Very enjoyable stay, as always. Impeccably clean hotel, excellent staff & absolutely perfect and magnificent location to the attractions that we wanted to visit. Amazing service with hot cooking.

The Strozzi Palace Hotel's elegant decor with cherry wood furniture creates a cozy atmosphere. The staff were accommodating, with easy navigation around the hotel. I especially appreciated the charming prints depicting Florence's rich history.

Consider installing more accessible seating in common areas.

Arianna on reception was a star. A wonderful personality and very helpful.The hotel is right in the middle of the action which enabled easy walking to everything. The room was well appointed and well soundproofed from outside street noise. The hotel has valet parking which was a rare find in Florence.

We had an issue on the first day with a running toilet but this was fixed the following morning.

I liked the friendly receptionists, and the location.

The breakfast is very very basic. Although wifi is free , you can not use it at your room.

Wonderful room, convenient location, with great amenities like helpful staff who printed our tour voucher and a solid breakfast to start the day right.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great as it was very central to shopping and walkabout. We think the price was of hotel was reasonable. Would prefer if breakfast started half hour earlier, as booking for tours start early. Overall , we enjoyed the stay at Strozzi Palace Hotel. Will certainly recommend this one to friends.

Would prefer if breakfast started half hour earlier, as booking for tours start early and it was rushed for breakfast. The lady at breakfast was not too happy when we started 5 minutes before time stated, although everything was laid out, but she did let us sit down., I must add.,

The location was ideal for business purposes, situated just minutes from key attractions and business areas. The room was spacious and well-appointed with a powerful shower. The breakfast offered a good selection of items including fresh pastries, fruits, and strong coffee. The staff, particularly at reception, were highly professional and efficient, assisting with my work needs effectively.

No significant downsides were noted .

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice shower and a bidet. I liked the mini-fridge for cold drinks and the bed was okay but a bit firm for me. Cleanliness was on point, no issues there. Good Wi-Fi too, always a plus. I enjoyed the breakfast variety, way better than I expected!
